How an assignment moves

  1. Intake. You submit the claim on the Assign a Claim form.
  2. Contact and schedule. Insured outreach within 2 hours, inspection within 24-48 hours.
  3. Inspect and estimate. On-site inspection and estimate.
  4. Report and resolve. Reporting delivered to your desk.

Use the Assign a Claim form. You will get a confirmation email at the address you enter.

What can I request on an assignment?

Xactimate estimate, Symbility estimate, GLR, roof diagram, photo set, or file review.

Is HomeShield a public adjusting service?

No. HomeShield is a membership program. It does not negotiate claims or take a percentage. Reports are for the property owner.

Is there a free trial for FieldLens?

No. FieldLens Pro is a paid subscription, monthly or yearly. If a subscription lapses, you keep read-only access.

Which platforms is FieldLens on?
